With 25 years of engineering, safety, and management experience in heavy industry, Josh Rockwell leads F11 Fire and Life Safety with both expertise and passion. Based in Long Beach, CA, Josh combines technical precision with practical wisdom and a healthy dose of outdoor enthusiasm ensuring every safety plan is both compliant and grounded in real-world effectiveness.
Josh is a chemical engineer and has worked in safety and continuous improvement since 1999. He's worked for several fortune 500 companies and improved bottom lines to the tune of over $12B while improving quality, production, efficiency, and culture. Culture is Josh's true passion, and is the main reason he pursued an independent career to be able to share that with everyone he works with. He values integrity and instills these values in his team to deliver world class service to F11 clients. He pushed himself in and out of work also being very active in biking, rock climbing, bowling, and tennis.
